Knott End Golf Club complies with the 2010 Equalities Act. There is no distinction between Male and Female members. We now have 7 day and 6 day membership available to all golfers.

Our reputation as the most sociable club in the Fylde has been earned over many years. Our caterer, Anne Ronson, has a renowned reputation on the Fylde Coast. Anne can offer catering for all occasions and will be happy to provide you with menus for your special event.
Gentleman’s competitions are normally held on Saturdays but some midweek competitions are held for those who find weekend play difficult.
The Senior section play on Tuesday mornings. You will be eligible to play in the Fylde League/Red Rose League. Our modern spacious lounge is ideal to refresh yourselves before and after play. It is an ideal area to chat with old and new friends.
Our Ladies day is Thursday and time is allocated in the early evening for working ladies to play. We also provide at least 4 Sundays for EWGC medals. New members are always made welcome and are encouraged to join in all the ladies activities. A designated committee member is on hand to help and guide new Lady members who require assistance The Ladies section have a number of social events throughout the year which are always well attended and enjoyed by all.
If your permanent address is 25 miles or more, you may want to think about becoming a Country member of Knott End Golf Club. Country members benefit from reduced fees, 7 days golf, club competitions (restrictions apply), Handicap to be retained/obtained. All the social benefits of other players apply but Country members do not have shares or a vote at the EGM/AGM.
Boys and girls from age 10 are welcome to join a thriving junior section. A number of dedicated members have committed themselves to the development of junior golfers here at KEGC. Regular junior competitions are held throughout the year culminating with a prize presentation evening. The ethos of our juniors section is to compete and enjoy. All juniors and budding junior golfers can come along to the regular Saturday morning lessons which take place from 10:00 to 11:00. Cost is £2.00 per person and both members and non-members are welcome to attend.
Knott End Golf Club (KEGC) holds the GolfMark accreditation awarded by golf’s governing bodies in recognition of KEGC meeting high standards in coaching, playing, the club environment and its dedication and duty of care to beginners and junior golfers. KEGC has adopted the Children in Golf Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy and all individuals regularly involved with juniors undergo enhanced criminal records bureau (CRB) checks. GolfMark accreditation symbolises KEGC as a national quality sports club recognised by ‘Sport England’.
We are the envy of the Fylde golfing scene. Our social programme exceeds most in this area. Our monthly social events are welcomed by our golfers and our social members alike. They range from casual to formal events and with the added bonus of 12.5% discount on bar drinks. Our catering staff are always happy to help you with functions of all kind. Social members are welcome to join the Bridge sessions and /or to play snooker in our games room.
